We operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy on all clothing purchases. Once your order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, fit, personal preference, or change of mind.

We take product quality and fulfilment accuracy very seriously. In the rare case that you receive:

The wrong item or size compared to what you ordered
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To report an issue, please contact us at sales@physiqueacademy.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
Your order number
Clear photographs showing the issue
A short description of the fault or error
We will assess the problem and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Please note:
We may request that you return the faulty item before issuing a replacement or refund (we’ll cover the cost if this is required).
Reports made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution unless required by law.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, except where the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Clothing worn or tried on
Undergarments or items worn close to the skin
Discounted, sale, or promotional items
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you receive a refund for a faulty item, we may deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund if the rest of your order no longer meets the free shipping threshold.
We proudly ship worldwide. However, please be aware:
Physique Academy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
International customers are also bound by this same no-returns policy.
If returning a faulty item internationally (only when requested), you must clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Any fees incurred due to incorrect labelling will be the responsibility of the sender.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
